Made out of carbon steel plate and in with stainless steel cladding over the Smelt contact area, an additional reinforcement.
Our spouts are manufactured under strict quality control.
The spout is hydro-tested at 20 bar (g) after completion.
The water flow of the spout is 60 – 65 lpm
Improved the removal directly from the furnace through smelt spouts into a dissolving tank.
