Soot Blower & Spares

  • Soot/Ash/Slag accumulates on the surface of Coils/ tubes of boiler resulting in a reduction of heat transfer.
  • Soot deposition can also erode and corrode the metal surfaces.
  • It is necessary to remove this accumulation periodically in order to increase the efficiency of Boiler performance.

Long Retractable Soot Blowers

  • Long Retractable Soot Blowers (LRSB) removes Soot deposited on coils/tubes in a High-temperature zone.
  • Venture Nozzles on lancing Element ensure high cleaning efficiency

Wall Deslagger (Short Retractable Soot Blower)

  • Wall Deslaggers are designed to remove Soot / Ash / Slag deposited on Furnace wall/ Sidewall Tubes.

Rotary Motorized / Manual Soot Blower

  • This is designed to remove Soot / Ash / Slag deposited on tubes in Economizer and as Boiler tubes in low temperature zone
