Mechanical Spray Atomization

CCE & CE’s mechanical spray tips are for systems that rely on the pressure of the oil for atomization.

Straight Mechanical Atomization

• Do not require a pressure regulating oil gun fuel return system
• For single pipe oil guns

Wide Range Mechanical Atomization

• For parallel pipe or concentric style oil guns
• Large turndown
• Inlet pressure remains high during turndown
• Require a pressure regulating oil gun fuel return system
